About the Founder

As a founder and managing director of RMC Private Office, Rodolfo Milanez, entrepreneur with solid skills in international sales & marketing, with +17 years of experience in sales management, KPI structuring/management, product launch, marketing management and CRM strategies, based on strategic analysis, strategic planning, execution and monitoring of sales and marketing plans/project management.

Deep expertise in international luxury real estate and hospitality markets, main activities in sales management consulting, market/business intelligence, Marketing/CRM strategies and sales force Training.

Since late 2014, founder and managing director of RMC Private Office, a company that provides administrative solutions to support UHNWI and HNWI, independently and with extreme diligence, to search for overlap costs in their structures and how to optimize their investments in real estate and correlated assets in general. Powered by partnerships with the most reliable lawyers, multi-family offices and financial institutions worldwide.

Gabriel Jesus

Gabriel is graduated in accounting and has a profund expertise in accounting auditing of large Brazilian companies and industries, responsible for tax planning, credit recovery and ancillary obligations. As an entrepreneur and managing partner, participated directly in the creation of an independent accounting audit company, providing his services to large mining companies, industries and third sector entities. In his last position at Moore Brasil, a Moore Global subsidiary, renowned global company in audit and assurance, tax, advisory and business services, with more than 100 years, 547 offices in 110 countries, is where he developed the visions to work with international clients, helping then to optimize their international structures, reducing overlap costs in more efficient way.

Marina Vicentini
(Operations/Controller)

Marina has a background in the largest Brazilian and International Banks, such as Santander, Bradesco and Citibank, with a deep expertise managing the relationship with UHNWI and HNWI, with a successful track record developing “client oriented” focused strategies. At RMC Private office, she is the controller and operations director.
